Liability Waiver and Release Agreement For The Hay Place PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING OR AGREEING ELECTRONICALLY. THIS IS A LEGAL DOCUMENT. By accessing or entering the premises of The Hay Place, including but not limited to the store, hay barn, storage areas, and surrounding property (collectively, the “Premises”), I acknowledge and agree to the following terms: 1. Assumption of Risk I understand that being on or around hay storage facilities and farm equipment involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: Slips, trips, or falls due to uneven surfaces, loose hay, or weather conditions; Injury from falling hay or hay-related materials; Allergic reactions or respiratory issues caused by dust or hay particles. I voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, associated with these hazards. 2. Release of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by Alabama law, I hereby release and hold harmless The Hay Place, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, causes of action, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to any injury, illness, or damage I may suffer on the Premises. This release includes injuries resulting from the negligence of The Hay Place or its representatives, but does not include injuries resulting from gross negligence or willful misconduct. 3. Parental Consent (For Minors) If I am signing on behalf of a minor under the age of 18, I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian and have the legal right to consent. I agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless The Hay Place from any claims arising from the minor’s presence or participation. 4. Medical Emergencies I authorize The Hay Place to seek emergency medical treatment if necessary and agree to be financially responsible for any resulting costs. 5. Digital Agreement By checking the box and submitting this form electronically via www.haystoragesolutions.com, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to this waiver. My electronic signature is valid and enforceable under the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN) and Alabama state law.
